Our Goal

NAMA’s Four Pillars of Empowerment

Our efforts are anchored in four key pillars that shape the initiatives and programmes we implement. These pillars address the most pressing challenges women face today and lay the foundation for long-term empowerment and inclusion.

Health

Research and identify gaps in women’s health sectors, ensuring concerns are brought to the attention of relevant government bodies.
Foster partnerships with Sharjah’s health organizations to improve access to healthcare for women.
Collaborate with the Health Promotion Department to raise awareness about women’s specific health needs.
Work with international NGOs to advocate for women’s healthcare globally.

Support educational advancement for women in the UAE through the Jawaher Women Education Advancement programme, offering grants and scholarships.
Provide international scholarships to women seeking to pursue higher education and professional development opportunities.

Livelihood

Empower women across the UAE by promoting and training them in diverse fields and professions.
Offer financial literacy and investment training to equip women with the tools for economic independence.
Foster entrepreneurship, guiding women through the process of launching and registering businesses with the Sharjah Business Women’s Council (SBWC).
