The workshop covered all aspects of the employee journey, from attraction to exit, and explored how HR can revolutionise the path forward for gender inclusion.
The session brought together HR and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) managers from the private sector in the UAE to examine challenges for advancing gender equality in the workplace and share different approaches for supporting women’s career development.
The workshop featured subject matter experts from PwC who shared their insights and best practices on topics such as leveraging data to create equity, using emerging technology to promote inclusion and the intersectionality of HR and D&I.
