This workshop was the first of a series under the theme “The Future of Work is Gender Inclusive.” The workshop encouraged participants to assess where their company stood on gender equality and presented them with different tools and strategies to continue their progress toward achieving gender equality. It also provided an opportunity to discuss gender mainstreaming tools and solutions to support businesses deliver on their gender equality objectives.
During the workshop, participants highlighted the importance of gender equality in the workplace and discussed how to assess progress on gender equality. Furthermore, participants worked in groups to develop a roadmap and action plan toward achieving gender-inclusive businesses.
